At V Beauty Pure, we strive for excellence in every order, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused products. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, professional-grade liquids and gels must remain sealed to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
